The graph answers "is this a normal price, and did it just drop?" It does not answer "who pays me for clicking book?" Nothing in that product is a wallet.
Why "Google Flights cashback" is the wrong search
There isn't a cashback balance. Price insights and email alerts are information. If a fare falls £40, you saved £40 because you waited, not because Google rebated the commission. People mix those up, then feel short-changed by a tool that never offered a rebate.

A tracked fare, finished on Holipay
Say you have been watching London to Lisbon for three weeks. Google tells you the fare dropped into a range you will actually pay. Open Holipay with those airports and dates. If Holipay is meaningfully more expensive, book the Google result and skip the cashback. A 10% ceiling on a fare that is already €80 higher is a loss. Do the subtraction before you get loyal to a logo.

What the graph does not itemise
A green day on the grid is a fare, not a trip. Basic economy can sit in that cell with no seat choice and a bag that costs more than the "saving" versus the next date. Google has got better at showing bags, and you should still open the airline's fare family before you treat two dates as equal. Holipay has the same duty: the cashback estimate is calculated on the fare you are shown, not on the bag you add at the airport.
If two Holipay results are €15 apart and the cheaper one is a different airport or a self-connect, take the one you would actually fly. Cashback does not pay for a taxi between airports.
When Google should be the whole trip
Multi-city puzzles, a map of "anywhere warm in March," or a week when you only need to know the fare is normal. If cashback is irrelevant to you, stop after Google. Holipay is not a prettier calendar. It is a paid-back booking.
